Made to Order

Every item sold by Absolute Jaffa is made to order at the Grove. We do not keep stock, because the Groundsman considers warehouses an affront to the landscape. This means your cap or gilet is produced specifically for you, and we ask that you make your selection with care.

All products are made to order and are therefore non-returnable, except in cases where the item is faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your cap or gilet arrives faulty or damaged, we will put it right. This might mean a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

How to Report Damage

Resolution

Once we have reviewed your photographs and confirmed the fault, we will either send you a replacement item or issue a refund. Replacement items are produced and shipped in the same timeframe as original orders (2 to 4 weeks for caps, 5 to 7 working days for gilets). We reserve the right to request the faulty item be returned before sending a replacement.

What is Not Covered

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider. The Groundsman accepts no responsibility for delays beyond this point.
